Pleasant Company Games recently delivered on their Kickstarter campaign for Ancient Terrible Things and its expansion, The Lost Charter. And it’s a wonderful slice of pulp comic horror glued to a push-your-luck dice rolling system with a bit of card and token management thrown in to season the bubbling cauldron.
I haven’t had a chance to play yet, but the reviews on Boardgamegeek have been great (they tempted me to back it in the first place) and apparently it’s a lot of fun. So let’s have a look at what’s in the boxes!
