One of the figures in my retail box was damaged so I contacted Monolith. Because I’m not a backer they’re not interested.

Told me to contact retailer, so I did and he contacted Monolith who told him to contact distributor.

He decided not to stock Conan product as a result of his chat with Monolith. Distributers make it hard for retailers to return faulty goods, so he’ll end up out of pocket.

I told him not to bother pursuing the matter, one figure I can try to fix.

Clearly, Monolith are no FFG when it comes to customer service.
