The fiction of REH and others of that era such as Edgar Rice Burroughs were basically porn for the period.

Disney Princess of Mars did have way to much clothing for the original fiction as I recall Dejah Thoris was somewhat naked… so was everyone else for that matter.

Seems to me that most kickstarter buyers are kids that watch tv and movies, but don’t read books.
