This is probably the best series you (may) never have heard of. As a huge fan of John Carpenter’s “The Thing”, count me in with a remote Arctic Base. Add some shady deaths, some disapppearing acts, lots of folks with secrets and an unexplained virulent outbreak, and i’m hooked.

Season 1 ranks right up there with the first season of True Detective for some compelling and disturbing entertainment in my opinion!

That’s high praise, True Detective still ranks as the best TV series ever for me. Unfortunately, I don’t get Sky, so I’ll have to wait for a later opportunity.

With all my hobby’s I have absolutely no time to keep up with the flood of good TV series of the last several years. I go often to the cinema…but other then that I am so dated with the TV stuff that I have yet to see GoT…at all…sigh.
