KeymasterI often listen to audio books while I paint miniatures, and I can highly recommend Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke. I’ve read the book before and enjoyed it, but this audible.com narration by Simon Prebble is just excellent.
Any other good audiobook recommendations?

ParticipantI’m a big fan of gaming podcasts when I’m painting/assembling, preferably ones that relate to the game I’m working on 🙂 will have to try audiobooks though

KeymasterBashing my way through painting BattleLore 2nd Edition at the moment and this audiobook has kept me sane—it’s a helluva job.

ParticipantI am about 1/2 way through the book, reading it to my wife. It’s wonderful.

KeymasterIf you’re a fan of Gothic Victoriana, I also recommend the ShowTime series Penny Dreadful.

ParticipantYes there is a boardgame, but please dont Read anything about the game, First hear the Audio Book. Because the Story is Great and suspenseful at last. I Hope you enjoy it. It dovetails in our Time today, with natureproblems. The only i say, the nature strike back. Muhahaha.
