    Hey guys,

I just stumbled over these foam core plans and a REALLY like them. I tried to build custom insets for a long time, but I never found the right material. Now I want to give foam core a try. But I just want to ask which software you use to create this plans? Is it for free? I am asking because if I would get some nice insets together, I would share my work with others. And I think your plans are very easy to use. 😉

    Best regards,

Hi, and welcome! Originally I used SketchUp to make 3D plans for public use (note I always design my inserts as I go along, and create the plans after from the physical result). It was too time consuming however, so now I just photograph them and use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to make the documents quickly so other people can use them.
