Dreadfleet Battle Report: Part 1

This is either madness… or brilliance.

The EOG asks the age-old question: is Dreadfleet crap? This three-part batrep discovers the answer!

Probably one of the most beautiful yet also one of the most pilloried games ever, Dreadfleet caused a storm of excitement when it was released that quickly settled to a stagnant pond as gamers realised how long and random the game could be. But has the game received an unjust reputation (possibly not improved by the rumour that Games Workshop recalled many copies due to poor sales and destroyed them).

The Esoteric Order of Gamers, represented here by Will and Peter, set sail on the high seas to find out the answer in this epic three-part battle report series!

Any comments about Games Workshop are my own and do not necessarily reflect the view of the Esoteric Order of Gamers. All mentions of Games Workshop and Dreadfleet and any of the characters or ships in Dreadfleet are TM, registered, copyright and completely and utterly the property of Games Workshop and no ownership is implied or suggested and in no way is any offence intended towards the very nice hardworking people and lawyers at Games Workshop.
