Ahhh, Spartacus, still a crowd pleaser. And I finally got around to painting all the gladiators (follow the link below to see them). Which made me realise I still hadn’t added the rules from the most recent expansion, Shadow of Death. Which I’ve now done. And how much better are the figures in this last expansion that the ones in the base game? A lot better.
The game can run on a bit too long, and there is a ‘gang up on the leader’ problem, but Spartacus is still a great way to get some friends together and decapitate them. Ave Imperator, morituri te salutant!
